作为副总统, Eryn oversees and provides strategic leadership to the organization’s health, 安全, 安全和风险管理实践. Eryn joined the CEA CAPA team in May 2021 after gaining 15 years of experience in international education at the Institute for 宝博体育 (IFSA), 在健康和安全领域全职工作了八年. 埃林也住在国外的埃雷迪亚, 哥斯达黎加, to gain hands-on experience with study abroad students in an international setting. She has also held roles in academic affairs and program advising in education abroad and has a well-rounded view of the many facets of our field.

卡罗琳·贝克尔报道, 安全, 担任CEA CAPA学生事务主任. Carolyn’s nearly 15-year career in higher education includes work in both student life and academic affairs. 作为一名留学管理人员, she has worked directly with unique and diverse student populations along with faculty and institutional administrators to provide advocacy and support related to global learning opportunities. Carolyn is the recipient of the 2018 NAFSA Rising Star Young Leader national award, has completed the Professional Certification in Education Abroad from The Forum on Education Abroad (FEA), 目前是FEA的推动者. 曾多次担任国家奖学金评审, has been appointed to several external education abroad task forces and committees, 他经常在国际教育会议上发表演讲. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from Winona State University and a Master of 科学 in Education in College Development and Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Her time abroad opened her eyes to the beauty of what there is to be gained by learning from other cultures and the personal growth that can happen when you step outside your comfort zone.

That experience inspired a passion to support other students on their own transformative study abroad journeys. Hannah began working at the Institute for 宝博体育 (IFSA) as a Program 顾问 and eventually moved into the role of Assistant Director, 学生参与. In her personal time, Hannah is an avid reader and tries to spend as much time outside as possible. She enjoys baking and is a big fan of college basketball and musical theater.

Alissa has worked in various capacities of higher education over the past decade including academic advising at Community Colleges in Massachusetts and Texas, as well as study abroad advising at Northeastern University in Boston. 最近, Alissa served as the Student Services Supervisor on the Enrollment and Advising team with legacy CAPA.

Alissa earned a bachelor's degree in communication from the University of New Hampshire and a master’s degree in College Student Development and Counseling from Northeastern University. 在她大学三年级的时候, 艾丽莎在佛罗伦萨留学, 意大利, 后来又回到了马切拉塔, 在意大利读研究生.
